Payment Policy: We accept cash and checks ONLY. There will be a $20.00 fee on any returned check.

Cancellation Policy: If you have arranged a Private or Private Group Lesson, and will be unable to attend for any reason, please contact your instructor by telephone at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled start time  to cancel your appointment. If you fail to observe the 24 hour notice policy, we reserve the right to charge you for the missed lesson.

If you are feeling ill,  please refrain from attendance.   Ballroom Dancing is a "contact sport", and viruses are easily spread through contact. You will be able to make up anything you missed in a Group Class, and Private Lessons can be rescheduled. Remember, if your instructor becomes sick, you'll miss many more weeks of lessons!

Dance Lesson Policy: If you, the student, are late to the lesson, the lesson will end at the scheduled time. If the teacher is late to the lesson, the decision will be made by the teacher whether the time will be made up, or whether you will not be charged for a full lesson.

Dance Practice Policy: If you are currently taking Group Classes, Private Lessons, or are in a Private Group Class at Renaissance Ballroom Dance Studios, you are welcome to practice at the studio free of charge. If you are not currently enrolled in any of the above, there is a $12.00 per hour "floor fee". There are some limitations as to days and hours for practice times. To schedule a practice time, please contact Chris or Michelle.

Perfume & Cologne Policy: Please do not wear perfume, cologne, or lotion to any Renaissance Ballroom Dance Studios Group Class, Private Lesson, or Private Group Lesson!  Not only are several of the teachers allergic to scented products, but many students suffer from allergies or asthma, as well. Please be considerate of these issues. We reserve the right to cancel the Lesson or Class if a "fragrance" becomes too strong or bothersome.
